Shipping & Returns


For all orders worldwide, shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout. Shipping starts from $7.99, depending on the weight of the order. 


Delivery Times Canada + USA:

Canadian orders come with tracking at all times. US orders have three shipping options with tracking (tracked, expedited and express) and one shipping option without tracking (small packet). 

With small packet shipping delivery will take 5 to 8 business days. With tracked/expedited shipping delivery will take 2 to 8 business days. With express shipping delivery will take 1 to 4 business days. With priority shipping your order will be delivered within 2 days.

The rates for the shipping options available will be calculated automatically during checkout. 

You will have the option to choose the preferred shipping option.

Delivery Times All Other Destinations: 

International orders have options without tracking (small packet and international parcel) and options with tracking (tracked and express). With tracked shipping delivery will take 6 to 10 business days. With express shipping delivery will take 4 to 7 business days.

You will have the option to choose the preferred shipping option.

Duties and Taxes:

Customers living outside of Canada will be responsible for the charges of duties and import taxes. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and vary from country to country. They will not be included in the cost of shipping. You may contact your local customs office for further information related to customs charges.


Processing Time:

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the order date (Holidays excluded).

Before being dispatched, the products will be checked to make sure they are in perfect condition.



If you're not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you will have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to contact us, by using the contact form here, to request a return and return the item. All merchandise must be returned in their original condition including tags. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days after you've received the order – any parcel stamped thereafter may be denied.

Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning items using a cost-effective shipping option that includes tracking, as any returned items that are not received by Sololu will not be refunded. We also recommend to ask for proof of postage at the time of mailing returned items.

Once Sololu has received your returned package, all returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is issued. Sololu will not accept returns without labels or when damaged, used, worn, washed and/or altered by the customer. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days after having received, inspected and processed the returned item. An email confirmation will be sent out once the return is processed.


Product exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder.
